Dean/Sam alternate universe type fic

Howdy y'all! I was helped so quickly today to find my first request and I am so happy so I thought I would try pickin your brains a lil more and see if you could help me find another! This time it was a Sam/Dean fic and what I remember is that Dean was in some sort of alternate reality maybe because of a curse of something, where he and Sam are in an established relationship and live together in an actual house. I think Sam is a lawyer and their neighbors know about them. I think they may have said they were "married" and both used the name Winchester and said one of them originally had a different last name. Also, we would get glimpses of Dean's real world where he is passed out and we can hear Sam and Bobby freaking out trying to figure out what happened but Dean is unresponsive to it. It definitely has some sex in it and I remember Dean was freaked out at first but then later he ends up getting real comfortable I think.
