Bloody Mary AU
I once read an episode AU of Bloody Mary where the brothers broke the mirror and went to a hospital for Sam but Mary attacked them there. There was this one scene with Charlie saying "I loved him" [her boyfriend] and they meet the doctor that killed Mary.
