Dean doesn't feel anything

In the fic Sam has got Dean back, don't think it's from Hell, just some nasty b**ch that has taken him and tortured him, but when Sam gets him back, he begins to see something is wrong with his brother, he doesn't feel any pain, and Sam has to keep a close eye on him because sometimes Dean doesn't realise he's hurt.  Hope someone has heard of it

Sorry this isn't the one I was looking for, Dean hasn't been to hell, I'm sure and there are definately no angels in the story. I think it is a demon that's been torturing him. thanks for this one anyway I be sure to read it.
