Lost Fic :-(

I'm looking for a Jared/Jensen fic that I started reading a long time ago, I think the title was Never give in, but I'm not sure...
I had part 1 in a file on my PC, apparently I'd saved this years ago, and I do have the summary so here goes:
Summary: Jared’s past holds a secret that overshadows everything he does in his life. When Jensen breaks his heart, will he be able to break free or will he finally fall?
It starts with Jensen breaking up with Jared to get back together with Daneel, I remember that Jared's brother is dead in the story as well.
