Specific Fic: Dean is raped by a vampire over the hood of his car.
I don't remember much about this story, but basically Dean and Sam are investigating a lead and have to stop in a parking lot/park/gas station/etc. I think they might've run out of gas or Sam might've spotted something related to the lead. While waiting for Sam to return, Dean is attacked by a vampire who's angry at them for killing his family or something similar. The vampire taunts Dean for being afraid and then pushes him over the hood of the Impala. He then rapes Dean while mocking him and talking about how he and his vampire wife used to have sex over the hoods of cars.
At some point, Dean prays for Castiel to come save him. Castiel eventually appears and either kills the vampire or fights him off. I'm not sure if he even meets him. I remember Castiel tending to Dean's wounds.
