Dean with PTSD, post-MOC, non-con **FOUND**
I'm looking for a fic I read a few years ago that I believe was either post-Demon!Dean or post-Mark of Cain, not 100% sure which. I do remember while Dean was "away" he was held by Abaddon and tortured and sexually assaulted; he may have been kept in a cage at one point and forced to eat his testicles after being castrated. After he is saved by Sam (and Cas?), They stay in the bunker where Dean suffers from PTSD, and will no longer eat anything besides plain chicken and rice. It might be Destiel or heavily implied that it is, but again, hard to remember. I DO believe the story was very long but only had four chapters.
