Specific fic: Sam salt and burns himself to lay Dean's spirit to rest

Hi everyone! Looking for a specific fic that starts where Dean is dead, but he doesn't remember it. He's become a spirit attached to Sam. Sam had tried burning every one of Dean's possessions, including the Impala, for years. As it doesn't work, he realizes he's the one Dean's attached to and sets himself on fire.

If I remember correctly, Dean wonders why Sam's so wet and concludes it's from the rain but in reality, Sam's drenched in lighter fluid. Dean also thinks Sam looks kind of older too.
