[FOUND in comments] Harley / Sadie find presumed-dead Jensen, who is suffering from amnesia
Jensen and Jared are partners / lovers, both agents in some sort of secret agency that fights against other badies. Jared uses his dogs as part of his work. Jensen is presumed dead for a number of years, after an explosion(? I think) or something that kills him on a mission. Jared happens to have his dogs in a city he is visiting, when one of them catches a scent and drags Jared to a market where he discovers Jensen alive. He's been living with amnesia, with an evil-Danneel who is monitoring him to see if he recovers his memory. On the mission where he was injured, Jensen had discovered a really important piece of information.
