Cancer!Sam, dead preseries!Sam, Endverse Lucifer!Sam

1. I'm trying to find a fic where Sam has cancer, I'm pretty sure it was leukemia. I believe the story started with Sam in the hospital and a pissed off doctor talking to Dean about why he didn't tell them about his brothers condition and Dean admitting that he just heard it right now from the doctor. It was season 1 and at some point John came into the story, at the end he paid off the medical bills. Sam does do chemotherapy and asks if he is going to lose his hair. That's all I can remember from this story.

2. Any fics out there about Sam dying preseries that you guys would recommend?

3. Any endverse fics that deal with Sam, or especially Lucifer!Sam.

Open to all pairs if necessary except Destiel please.
