Missing Scene fic

Hi ya'll.  A friend recently posted some gifs of Sam collapsing in his motel room from fever in Episode 8.21 The Great Escapist.  Poor Sammy.  Then, next in the episode we see Sam waking up having been put in a bathtub of ice and water.  Upon seeing this it occured to me what a great scene it would have been to have Dean come into the motel room to
