old fics
I have been looking all over and am not having any luck at all. I am looking for a few stories that I believe are on FF, but it has been so long since I read them that I am not even sure if they are still up. Hopefully someone here know them and can help me.
1. Sam and Dean are hunting, in the woods I think. They are attacked and Sam is hurt bad, Dean steps in a bear trap, or something happens where his leg is hanging on by a thread. Sam gets them into their tent and passes out. Bobby finds them 3 days later, and brings them off the mountain. The story is basically about Dean healing and figuring out how to hunt again. I thought this one was called Hanging by a Thread, but I haven't been able to find it.
2. Sam and Dean are hunting a ghost in a rotten mansion, they both fall through the floor. John can only save one of them because the house is on fire I think, and he saves Dean. A ghost saves Sam and shows him a way out to an old smugglers bay
3. John goes on a hunt, Sam stays behind, Dean is with another hunter, Dean is really worried that John will not take care of Sam. The owner of a gas station that is by the house they are staying in takes a special interest in Sam, in a not good way.Sam gets really sick and helps a ghost that the owner killed years ago cross over. I think this one is on FF also.
4. Sam leaves for college, earlier that he was going to, he hitches a ride on a train, a ghost throws him off, he is hurt bad. A guy and his daughter find him and take him to their house to help him, Sam help them with the ghost of their son who died earlier. In the mean time Dean is looking frantically for Sam
