It was a oneshot, in English. One of those "Castiel-trying-to-court-Dean". Sam understands it before Dean, and has a laugh out of it.
Castiel gifts Dean an exotic plant; Dean tells him nobody was going to remember to water the thing.
Castiel insist on paying when Dean goes out for groceries or something, like a gentleman on a date.
Castiel also calls Dean on the phone to compliment his qualities.
