For #1, here's my kidfic shmoop reclist featuring Dean being a super awesome big brother. And then pretty much all the genfic I list in my all-time top favorite 17 fics , but specifically Gifts by Muffy Morrigan and Blind, But Now I See by Kyriebess. Those killed me.

For number 2. You've probably read it if you're into this sort of thing, but hands down, my favourite 'arranged marriage where Jensen doesn't want it' fic is:
Open Warfare: The secret of a successful marriage by Whiskygalore.
Summary: There was a time that arranged marriages for Omegas were a common occurrence: thirty or forty years ago. Now, thankfully, Omegas have the same rights as everyone else, are free to live their own lives, to marry whomever they choose. Except for Jensen. Because, in a move that will save Ackles’ Systems from bankruptcy, Jensen’s dad has just signed him up for an arranged marriage to Jared Padalecki. Unfortunately, Jared is an idiot with a poor choice in friends, and Jensen is a stubborn dick with an unconventional profession, so it’s no surprise when their marriage quickly degenerates into a state of open warfare.
