FOUND - Specific J2 Non-AU
I'm looking for a story that I read on LiveJournal a while ago. It was a J2 non-AU. I believe it took place in Vancouver. From what I remember the boys were attracted to each other and had been resisting it because they didn't want it to ruin their friendship. They decided to act on their feelings for a month to get it out of their system and then go back to being just friends. I think it was a longer story.

I had gotten the details a little muddled. It was a weekend, not a month. The boys had hooked up beforehand too.

It almost takes his best friend away too, but he and Jared find their way back. Jensen's got an empty apartment, and Jared's got a house that's always been a home, so Jensen moves back in and life returns to normal. Jensen and Jared, taking on the Supernatural and the Greater Vancouver Area.
Four years later, filming of season eight starts with a bang-casual liaisons in the foyer, blinding jealousy, girls and dogs and drama, oh my. Jared's hiding something, smiling way too much, and obsessing over an extra light switch in the living room. And Jensen? Well, Jensen's realizing that he might be falling in love.
It's messy, but no big deal. Things are good.
Mostly.
Really.
So long as Jensen can survive it with his sanity-and his heart-intact.
