Hey, I'm looking for a story. I don't remember much but what I do is Jensen and Jared were coworkers in an office building type place. This sounds like Learn to Glow for Other's Good by cleflink (has two sequels). Office AU fits. Jared brings grumpy Jensen coffee all the time. And it would have the fantasy element (Jensen is an empath).

I'm looking for a story where Jensen is the boss. I know Christian Kane, Sandra McCoy and Jeffery Dean Morgan are in it. Jared just left a bad relationship and got a job with Jensen, but the ex finding out where Jared is, gets one of his co-workers to frame him for embezzling, and Jensen fires him. Jared goes home and tries to kill himself, but Jensen finds him and then the ex tries to kill Jared in the hospital, but Jensen returns in time. The story ends with Sandy getting a promotion and Jared moving in with Jensen with his job back.
