Found! Looking for specific ghost!jensen fic

Hi - I’m looking for a J2 fic I read in the last year or two, but I’m pretty sure it was much older. I’ve checked every ghost rec list I can find and filtered through tons of tags on here, but no luck.
I’m pretty sure it’s ghost!Jensen (not Dean). Jared moves into a house and Jensen is haunting it. I remember it being a bit of a dark fic, since I avoided reading it for months initially. It really stuck with me though. Jared may have actually helped kill someone (his mother??) - I may be getting two fics messed up though!
I do remember Jensen committed suicide (I believe) and there was ivy or flowers growing somewhere on the property... maybe under his bedroom window? At one point, they could kind of touch in the story even though Jensen was a ghost. Jared ended up committing suicide (jumping from the window) so they could be together. I believe they both had tough stuff happen to them in their lives. I somewhat remember a new family moving into the house at the end of the story, and Jared and Jensen were watching from the upstairs bedroom window.
