Accidents on set

Hi, I'm looking for stories where Jensen suffers an accident and is hurt on set. Two of my absolute favorite stories of this genre are "Just One Breath" (which technically wasn't an accident on set but Jensen does get hurt while on the film lot), and "Touched by Darkness" where Jensen is blinded during filming of a salt and burn.

Any other recommendations? Perhaps he gets hurt while in a harness and wire rig, or he's driving Baby and there's no brakes?

Slash or Gen is fine. Please no Destiel/Cockles or WIPs.
