SPECIFIC J2 STORY

i am looking for a specific J2 story.what i remember is this:
1.Jensen is a doctor in this fic and he is working at his adopted father hospital.
2.His father is an earl or a duke.
3.His real parents kick him out when he came out as gay when he was a teen.
4.A rich man took him to his home and told him he loved him but in truth he used to abused him until his adopted father found him stealing food from his house.
5.He meets Jared in his cousin ,Chad,house who is throwing a bachelor party for Jared and he is called there because Chad's father who is a duke falls ill.
6.The man who abused Jensen is also a cousin of Jared and was invited too,when he recognized Jensen went to the hospital that Jensen works and raped him.Jensen killed him in self-defence.
7.Jared falls in live with Jensen and he is looking after him in the hospital.
