I'm looking for a story about Sam and Dean where Dean is transformed into a woman. Details below the cut.


So somehow Dean is transformed into a woman and he gets his period. Sam tries to handle it by getting chocolate and tampons. He has experience with women on their periods through being with Jess. Dean starts complaining about cramps so Sam suggests that orgasms help get rid of cramps.
