I'm a sucker for college (and high school) fics, too. There's too many to rec, really.

The first that came to mind was The College 'verse by ashley. It's J2 and she's in the middle of writing the second year.

I'll be checking back to this post to see if anything is rec'd that I've missed.

It's hard to resist college fics for sure! Thanks for all the awesome links!

Most of my J2 favorites are listed here, but I have to rec unperfectwolf's Stanford 'verse (Jared/Jensen, Chris Kane/Chad Michael Murray; various ratings). I also love her Ripped From The Headlines: A Guide to Having a Famous Boyfriend (Jared/Jensen, PG-13), in which Jared's a college student and Jensen is a Hollywood actor.

And since no one's listed SPN fics yet, an old favorite I keep coming back to is moveablehistory's untitled (a stanford fic) (gen, 14a). I love the voice on that one, in particular.

In that vein, I also have to rec clex_monkie89's Postcards (From Easy Street) (Sam/Jess, past Sam/Dean; NC-17), an AU look at Sam's last year or so at Stanford.
