Oh, OH! I think you should toootally include "An Unmade Bed", otherwise known as Sammy Winchester's Sexual Epic(http://dark-reaction.livejournal.com/128441.html), by dark_reaction. It does end up in our Dean/Sam OTP, but the road is long, HOT and increeeeedibly good. It's one of the coolest stories ever (and the guys Sam's with? GUH.)

One of the best Sam/John/Dean stories I've ever read is Troika by noword4it. It's a metaphysical hallucinatory whirlwind of an AU that's just staggering in its emotional weight and scope. The chapters aren't linked internally, and don't be scared by the number of them because they're very short.
