femmenerd's Full Cycle, and the stories that follow it, have Madison (from "Heart") as the main character; pairing is Madison/Sam.

Pressin' Ma Luck, by astrothsknot, is from the POV of Kathleen (from "The Benders"). Also, it's HOT-Dean/Kathleen.

Not sure if this counts, but this story is so fabulous that I have to rec it anyway: The Time Dean was Sam's Girlfriend and Jess Entered the Winchester Family Business, by fleshflutter, is shared Jess and Dean POV. It's Jess/OMC (but not for long), Sam/Jess, Sam/Dean UST, and it's hilarious (yet slightly angsty in the best way).

And finally, I can't recommend Lacuna, by innie_darling, highly enough. It's Dean/Cassie, from Cassie's POV, and it makes her a sympathetic, well-rounded character.

Hi, perhaps this is lazy of me but I am very busy. However! I have a tag on del.icio.us called [spn_gen_women] which is for gen fics (sometimes with some canon relationships like Mary/John and Sam/Jess) that primarily feature female canon characters.

There's some interesting stuff in there (imo) so I figured I'd share.
