October podfic roundup
October is repod month over at multipodicity. A repod is when someone records a podfic of a story that's previously been recorded by someone else. The idea is, the more versions the merrier.
It's time again for podbang! This is a gift exchange at amplificathon of novel-length podfics in many fandoms, including Supernatural. Info page here, signup page (through October 17th) here. Most podfics that come out of this exchange will be from the various big bang challenges. Posting is on February 14th.
Next month (November 12-18) is pod aware 2012 over at pod_aware. Each day for a week there's a different topic about podfic and its role in fandom. More on that next month.
Don't forget to check out cakehole_club. They're still posting for their current topic, "New Beginnings." This community is all Supernatural all the time! :D
Podfic at wincon: There will be a podfic listening party on Saturday at noon, and there's a podfic panel on Sunday at 11:30. Yay Wincon and podfic!
