Visual recs
Let's pretend that I know how to read a calendar and can remember what day of the week it is, shall we?
Just a couple this time. I've had both of these posts hanging around since I saw them, for purely aesthetic reasons. I've mentioned it before but sometimes I keep posts open just to look at them because I'm amazed at how other people see things and interpret them and what they can do with them. Simplicity is often the name of the game with these posts because the understated cropping and colouring is so gorgeous.
The first rec is a picspam by cerberusk. The first link is for Jensen and the second is for Dean. A picspam may not seem very substantial but it's clear that effort and time went into creating this, picking the photos, putting them together in a bit of a story and then colourizing them and making them fit. The quotes and videos at the end of each post are a nice touch and fun to squee over.

There are only a few icons here for SPN but what are there are gorgeous. All of the icons are but the SPN ones, especially, use light colouring and sparse surroundings to encompass moments of episodes. Awesome work.
