What it says on the tin - Jensen gets a birthday spanking.

Would prefer it to be JDM delivering the spanking, but am open to Jared as well.

Maybe it's just a friendly joke during a shooting break with the rest of the cast and crew watching and cheering good-naturedly.

Maybe it's part of an established relationship where the spanking leads to more (in that case, please no cheering cast and crew! LOL). Of course, eating birthday cake from the sizzling, bright-red ass of the birthday boy would be a bonus. (J2/JDM would be awesome for that scenario)
