It’d been a long freaking day, okay? Jared didn’t even want to think about what take they were on, and even the lunch truck people were having issues. There’d been issues with Jared’s lunch. So Jensen bent over the Impala’s engine swinging his ass for Jared’s supposed benefit, well, that was pretty much the highlight.

“Honey?”

Jensen froze. Jared froze, because he wasn’t bent over the Impala’s engine and he still hadn’t seen Danneel sneak up behind them. She was like a ninja. An alpha ninja, and who the hell thought that was a good idea?

Danneel crowded right into Jared’s space like she owned the particular piece of concrete he was loitering on, and Jared stepped back to let her have it, because he was big and Texan, but he wasn’t stupid. She got up behind Jensen, left

AND IT IS AWESOME, NONNIE. All lovely and happy and established relationshippy and also funny and actually pretty sexy with that possessiveness (and how it makes Jensen all blushy-pleased) and yay for BFF-beta-Jared and really, there is nothing not to love about this.

YAY. Your comment makes me all blushy-pleased (although *cough* not for quite the same reasons that Jensen is blushing). And yay for a pretty sexy PG-rated kinkfic. I'm glad it comes across happy and funny; that was very much the intent. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. :)
