Sam is absolutely fascinated by his new "sister" however and doesn't see any need to hurry Dean's recovery. He's been in love with Dean since he was 12 and this gives him an opportunity he never thought possible. He insists that Dean stay with him, introducing Dean to his friends as his girlfriend (to Dean's dismay) for a cover story and taking full advantage to seduce Dean both into falling for Sam and for falling for living a normal life.
Eventually they fuck and while Dean has the presence of mind to make sure they grab a condom, Sam's already thought ahead and has poked it full of holes. He figures that if he can knock his new "sister" up, she'll have no choice but to stay with Sam.
As happy an ending as possible, please? With Dean pregnant and freaked out about it but enjoying a settled life more than he thought he ever would - or was even capable of doing.
