It is a common occurrence for humans to go into heat (no werewolf/were-animal please). Misha goes into heat and can't get enough of Jensen, and is a total slut for it (ever seen a cat in heat?). Multiple orgasms and Jensen using toys on Misha to keep up with his sex drive during his heat would be a huge plus.

Don't worry about it! Hmm, I'd love Misha being really touchy-feely, rubbing up again Jensen, etc before they get to the actual sex, if you want to fit that in, but otherwise go for whatever you want!
