There can never be too many fics where Sam has to hunt or use his Winchester skills (fighting, hustling pool, extreme medical care, etc.) at Stanford to the shock and awe of his white-bread college buddies.

Oh my gosh, I adore grumpy!commanding!Sam. Oh, what idiots he had to put up with. That was great, humorous but also poignant, because you know Sam never had a chance to be that stupid and naive. He grew up so young.
