Permissions and such
According to the game rules, you're not allowed to kill other people's characters. But I didn't see anything about just poisoning someone and making them ill, so here we go!
Basically, if Medicine and your character ever interact face-to-face, is she allowed to poison you? The exact effects of the poison are up to you. Medicine's poison normally slows you down a lot, making it difficult to move, and wears off if you just leave and breathe in fresh air for a while. However, she could use a poison that makes you very ill and bed-ridden for a few days, or maybe a poison that'll inflame your skin all over. Maybe even a combination of all of those. o:
I imagine the results might become more crazy and fun during the Infinity Improbability Drive's activation. Perhaps the poison will make you turn a crazy colour! Maybe it'll make you feel better instead of worse! Or maybe it'll turn you into a cat! It's all up to you~
As for things you can do to Medicine, uh... she won't like physical contact unless she really likes you, but you can go ahead if you want. Touching her without protective clothing will inflame your skin a bit, though! And if you try to fight or kill her, she'd be happy to do the same in return. As for more intimate interactions, uh... do dolls even have the necessary parts for that? I'm gonna have to say no, haha.
Also, if you want to have your character notice the tiny little doll that orbits around Medicine, go ahead! The reason I won't really mention it in any threads or entries is because it's never mentioned in canon, so I figure it must be really inconspicuous or perhaps just normal in the Touhou world. After all, they do have Alice and her dolls...
