This is such a lovely story. I adore quiet, happy moments between John and Dean. I like to think there were more of them than we know.

I love this! I sometimes wish we got to see more of this kind of quiet contentment in canon.

I think I'd feel less conflicted about John if we saw, or at least heard the boys remember, a few scenes like this from their childhood.

Yeah, I guess there really isn't one perfect, gotta-have Stones album, because once I got to the island, I would really regret not having picked Some Girls for the sake of "Beast of Burden" or Let It Bleed for "Can't Always Get What You Want" & so on, until all five slots are full of the Stones & I'm left wondering how the hell that happened...
