I liked this a lot, I liked the resolution, and how it isn't REALLY a resolution, and the flirtation with darkness in this all the way. Nice, very nice.

So much love! And angst. Angst filled with love! This is fantastic. Especially this bit here, which was so very, very perfect:
Sam makes the door slam shut and goes on staring at the wall.

Perfect ending, too. God, just... yeah. I'm putting this in my memories now.
