Opening: International Challenge
So last week I said we'd have a pie challenge, but it occurs to me that what with the Thanksgiving challenge we ran, and the fact that some of you had, you know, actual Thanksgiving the week before, some people might be a little bored of pie. It seems unlikely, I admit, but apparently, it can happen. And we do live in a world where, mysteriously and against all logic and reason, I am not supreme ruler, so obviously, anything's possible.
That being the case, instead of pie, I bring you...The International Challenge.
Actually, I didn't really bring you it at all. The wonderful wraith816 suggested it, so I'll let her explain it:
While SPN is a very American show, we get all sorts of mythology brought over from other places. Have the boys meet someone from another country, or, if you're brave, get Dean on a plane somewhere.
So that, this week, is your challenge. Any angle you pick is fine with us, so long as there's an international element in the story. The world, for this special seven day period, is your oyster.
And of course, it's not just limited to Dean and Sam. If someone writes the story of Jared and Jensen going travelling together and falling in love, I'm sure I someone, somewhere would appreciate that.
You have approximately one week to finish your stories. Seriously, you do. It's absolutely more than likely we'll remember to close next Sunday.
