I'm sure most everybody in fandom was surprised that Meg stepped out of the Impala during the run on SucroCorp when there were two men (presumably Sam and Dean) in the front seat moments before. Notice that the driver doesn't have Meg hair nor is there anyone else (Meg) in the backseat (erm ... unless they're hiding).
