Masterpost, oh my masterpost

So...what makes a good art masterpost? I've just looked at mine and it's sufficiently out of date that I might just revamp it entirely. As it stands, it's currently an almost chronological listing with the following general format:

[thumbnail]
Title:
Characters/Pairing:
Rating:
Warning/Contains:
Spoilers:
A/N:

But as my number of entries grows, this becomes a less useful way to list art.

How do you guys masterlist your posts, if you do? By character? Pairing? Other themes?

I do tag pretty extensively, so I hope if I'm lucky enough to get people browsing by they can hone in on what interests them, but I understand the frustration of not finding a good masterlist more than I understand what goes into one.

Suggestions? Discussion?
