I am eating and drinking nothing, because I just wanted to go home after work instead of making a trip to the grocery store. I'm regretting that decision and trying to work up the energy to make the walk.

I just arrived at work, so I'm having coffee! And am contemplating going downstairs to get a sandwich.

I worked and fought all day so I had some pain rx and a cider for dinner. Now I'm going to have a hot bath and go work out for a few hours.
