Hi lovelies! So, it’s a day that starts with “y” and the Supernatural fandom is flipping out over spoilers. I am shocked and appalled.
First, let me say that I don’t believe the April Kelly sex thing, for reasons I’ll expand upon at very-lengthy-length below. This isn’t because I have a problem with Cas sleeping with a woman, but because of what we know about the plot and filming locations for episode 3.
This is a myth arc episode. It would be very, very odd place to include a development like Cas having casual sex. Something like that like would be much better served by a monster-of-the-week. Cas is homeless for much of I’m No Angel, then in deep shit with his brothers and sisters (who are skirmishing in public with Sam and Dean), and non-trivial chunk of it takes place at the MOL bunker, where we know Cas is due to make an appearance.
I’m having a very hard time imagining where the lady hook-up in going to fit in.
I mean, let’s look at the big fan theory circulating right now: Cas is homeless and digging through garbage, and a waitress, out of the goodness of her heart, not only gives him something to eat, but takes him to her house (or a hotel if her judgment is a little better), cleans him up, has sex with him, and gives him money and/or new clothes.
Not fucking likely.
I can already hear you saying, “But ADT, Daphne found Cas as a naked amnesiac and she married him!” Yeah, she did, and the absurdity of that scenario is why she’s never been mentioned nor heard from again. Daphne was one of Sera Gamble’s biggest screw ups, and Carver has proven to be a far more competent showrunner than Gamble ever was. Sorry, Sera.
Now, is it possible that I simply lack imagination and that there’s a perfectly reasonable, well-paced sex scene between Cas and April? Sure. But again, I don’t think it’s very likely.
It’s also worth mentioning that Jared Padalecki was MIA for several days during the filming of I’m No Angel, and the previous episode is very Abbadon, Kevin and Crowley-heavy. This suggests that I’m No Angel is focused primarily on Dean and Cas. Personally, I’m pretty damn sure this is the reunion episode. And even if Cas does have sex with April, based on the “birds & the bees” talk Dean is supposed to give, I still think they’ll meet up in episode 3. But you already knew that.
After my last post, lot of people have asked me why I believe so strongly that Destiel will become canon. Thus, I present to you…

Those two things are not the same.
I wouldn't mind the import wank if it was something interesting, like that idiotic article the other day. But I don't see the point of importing random stupid posts from tumblr. If I wanted to read posts by deluded shippers, I'd go to tumblr and and browse the destiel tag.
Bringing this shit here is pointless. No one here agrees with their position and the arguments in the posts are so stupid and repetitive, they are not going to spark any real discussion.
