Oh yeah, I know there's a difference but it's still weird to me why can't the OP use an OC instead. Maybe is pat of the kink *shrugs*

Evil!Jared isn't a kink of mine, but I do dig amoral Boy King!Sam who does dirty, nasty things to Dean that Dean doesn't really like. Having an OC would ruin the dynamic. An OC wouldn't be Sam, this person who Dean loves so much and who has fought so hard against becoming what he is in the story that I'm reading.
Evil versions of characters just work sometimes and replacing them with others doesn't. I kink pretty hard on EMW, for instance. It doesn't mean I think MW is actually a bad man or anything, but I still kink on the evil version of his character being evil.
It sucks when that's your favorite, of course. I hate evil!Dean stories or stories where Dean molests Sam, even though I love the reverse. But I just don't read those, you know? YKINMK and all that.

You might be right. I'm not as active as before in that meme when evil!Jared was really common. Now I see more prompts that have nothing to do with bestiality o evil Jared.

Daaaaaaammmmn. Okay, is that all the work of one or two nonnies or is Kevin/Sam really cranking a few gears for a noticable amount of nonnies?
I wonder if they'll scare off the usual dearth of Sam/Dean prompts...

Well, the Charlie-and-Kevin and the first two Sam/Kevins are mine, so there are at least two people interested in the guy :).
Hm, tempted to make a future-fic/AU prompt with an early-twenties grad-student Kevin as well, though, just to get the idea out there and out of the underage section.
Dearth of Sam/Dean? Aren't there usually a buttload of those? Or is that just in comparison to the number of older-Jared/younger-Jensen prompts in the UA post?

And sorry, I had my wires crossed there. I had reworked that sentence first as a commentary on the status of rarepairs and had leftover some words. wealth of S/D, J2 prompts. ^_^
I seriously wonder how that will change the kink meme though. most of the fills are S/D or J2 and to have the majority of prompts not being either or would make the kink meme interesting, seeing how prompts can't get re-posted and changed for at least two months.

I wish, though. That's not policed (and I can see that it would be hard, if not impossible to do so, with the hundreds of prompts) - some prompts seem to just keep coming up over and over and over again...
You're definitely right about the fills mostly being S/D or J2. I'm guilty of that myself (they seem easier?), but will be trying to avoid that this time around. It's not like there's a shortage of people filling the S/D and J2 :).
