Never tried it, but I would think trying to concentrate on one part would mess up the other. Like if you focus on yourself, you'll forget what you're doing and end up just distractedly licking air.

Same here. Or if I were to focus on what I was doing, I'd forget about whatever was happening to me.
Also, I usually have a height difference like crazy with partners, so I think they would have to be bent in half to even try to make it work.
Too much effort, not enough payoff.
