Man you guys, I loved this like a lot. It was funny and cracky and full of schmoop and hot sex. Nothing too deep here, just a fun story that left me feeling warm and fuzzy. Once you get past the ridiculous premise, there is a fun story here!

It's well written, with fine SPAG. The prose isn't anything to write home about, and is a little utilitarian in sections, but the dialogue is hilarious, and overall the writing is solid.

The POV switches between Jensen and Jared, but the shifts are firmly marked and it didn't happen too often for me to get annoyed. The side characters are the usual suspects in an RPS cast, although the pairings are a little unusual (Gen/Misha and Danneel/Chris) with some random surprises (Sebastian Roche! Julie McNiven! Matt Cohen!). Other than Chris, the side characters aren't particularly well developed beyond their quirks (Gen is a vampire who touches Misha inappropriately in public! Chad is a douchebag!) which might have been annoying in a more dramatic story, but this is light and fluffy and speeds by pretty quick, so I wasn't missing deep characterization.

The explicit sex is bottom Jensen, although there is mention made of switching and Jared fingers himself thinking about Jensen. Also, the sex is really, really hot. (Well, I mean, YMMV... but I liked it).

The kid was cute, and seemed believably kid-like - there was nothing overly cutesy or irritating about how she spoke or acted, and I actually thought the "kid-fic" part of it was the best part.

There isn't a ton of conflict here, although I will (anonymously) admit to tearing up a couple times because I am a huge fucking sap. This just hit all of my buttons, okay. Stop judging me.

tl;dr: This fic is sweet, schmoopy, cracktastic kid-fic, solidly written with a deft ear for dialogue and some quirky characters. It's a quick read that is a good palate cleanser after a heavy, weepy fic or a crappy day. It may not be for everyone, but if the summary sounds like your kind of thing, I can't recommend it enough.

Agreed so much. I'm sorry this fic hasn't gotten more attention here, because it's cute and fun and sexy and fun.
