Artist Notes: Although the two of pentacles usually has a person juggling the two pentacles, I read a few different card meanings that also talked about the pensive look on the characters face, as they contemplate ways to move forward in life and do the best they can. So I chose to paint Layla looking thoughtful and the reaper looming over her.
Things may look grim (no pun intended) but keep juggling relief is on its way, your ship will come in (hence the waves in the background).
