Very interesting. Especially having the piece in first person, though the conversations are mostly forgotten - very provocative structure.

And the "Yellow Fever" bit was done very deliberately in present tense -- to show the immediacy of his thoughts while he's in the grip of the hallucinations.....

Interesting. I've always been fond of the idea that Dean spent more time in hell than on earth and how that changes is perception of home and family and his relationships. That last one in particular was quite intriguing.

A very nifty interpretation of what might be going on in those might-have-been spaces that we never get to see on the show. Meg is the only recurring villain who's been there from the start, and she's endlessly fascinating.

Yes, she is -- she's one of the few demons (Ruby 1.0 and Crowley being the others) who I actually think might have a shot at redemption.....
