general season 1 scene hunt

I need your help figuring out where this cap is from. I'm sure it's season one, and I was actually pretty sure that it's from 1x09 episode, though Sam's t-shirt isn't orange-ish, but grey so I figured it's orange on the cap due to some photoshopping. Anyway, knowing how little shirts Sam have and how many times we see the same clothes in the show I'm not really sure if it's 1x09, because I couldn't find this scene. So, any help would be highly appreciated :) Thanks in advance!
