Through a series of strange events, and close encounters of the angel-kind, they find out that their marks are actually Enochian.
Heaven is experimenting with allowing angels to have human soulmates but they didn't think it was important enough to let the humans know. The angels participating are released from Heaven to find their other half, many of them stalking their unsuspecting humans for lack of understanding human etiquette or romance. The angels will have to come to the ultimate decision to remain angels in Heaven or fall for their soulmates.
