Welcome Back!
The cast & crew (in Vancouver) of Supernatural went back to work almost two weeks ago, and though the season 3 premiere date of October 4th is over two months away, we think it is about time this community got up and running again. Like last season thirdsouthobbi and I would like to request that members of this community send postcards to the cast & crew with thank yous and words of encouragement. Unlike last season, and to avoid harassing you all every month, we are going to structure this season's campaign around 3 specific time periods.
SUMMER
Why: WELCOME BACK!
When: July 30th to August 10th
Just a little something to welcome everyone back, and to send them well wishes for season 3.
FALL
Why: Hallowe'en / November sweeps
When: October 22nd to November 16th October 3rd
To wish everyone on set a Happy Hallowe'en, to tell them how much we enjoyed the premiere for season 3, and to show support during November sweeps.
WINTER
Why: February sweeps
When: February 1st to February 29th
Like in November, sweeps is stressful for many shows and with the end of the season looming a little positive energy goes a long way.
Things of note:
1) Sources inside the studio have informed us that they really like funny or original postcards, so we encourage you to make your own cards if you can. Heavy card stock in the dimensions of 4.25"x6" or 6"x8" are treated the same as store bought cards.
2) Please remember to be POLITE and RESPECTFUL; these cards are being sent to a place of business after all.
3) To send a postcard from the states into Canada the cost is now 69 cents, and sending postcards within Canada is 52 cents. If you are from a country other than the United States or Canada, please check with your local post-office for prices.

I'll be putting up a post Monday morning where you can obtain the address to which we are sending and can comment once you have sent your postcards. We (the mods) like to keep a running total so that we can gage community participation, and to make sure that we are conducting campaigns that you all want to participate in.
