!! Having just finished the first half of S8 for the first time (I waited for the DVD) and awash in disappointment (partly because they let the Dread Duo Buckner/Ross-Leming write SO FREAKIN' MANY EPISODES instead of the usual one reliably bad one), I'm wondering if some of the SPN writers have any concept of plot or character arc. (Taking a break from watching SPN because at the moment I literally can't take another lousy episode after so many in such a short time period. PRAYING the second half of the season is better than the first.)
