Ok...is that Sam and Dean fighting after he dies and is waiting for the reaper? Because I don't think
that's an angel healing Sam and Dean but a reaper putting Dean into Sam's consciousness.

That's what I thought, too; the angel's letting Dean pop into Sam's head to talk him out of going with the Reaper/dying, maybe. Oh, sweet angst. :(
