Out of the Darkness [5.04 AU] When Dean can't get a hold of Sam after his trip to the future, he finds his brother beaten nearly to death. With Sam in a coma he refuses to come out of, Dean must convince him that there is still something worth fighting for and that they are stronger together after all. Theme: I guess abuse? Though injury and psychological trauma could probably apply as well; the summary covers the types of hurts pretty well.
