Hey femmeslahers! :D Time to talk to gift!fic.
When you signed up, did you see a pairing or prompt you really wanted to create something for but didn't get assigned to? Fret not! You still can! We strongly encourage the creation of fanfiction, fanmixes, fanvideo, and fanart of anything and everything SPN and SPN RPS femmeslash! The goal of this exchange was to create lots of great girlslash, so why limit you to only one assignment? Create as much as you want! There are some things you should know about gift!fic/mix/vid/art, though:
• you can find all the sign-ups here. Browse through and see if anything sparks your muse!
• you cannot only do gift!fic/mix/art. You have to finish at least one piece from your original assignment, okay? We know how it feels if you got a bunch of prompts you're not really inspired for, but we want everyone to get something! (that said we also encourage creating more than one fic, mix, or art for the person you were given to create for!)
• the regular rules do not apply to gift!fic! Your entries may be any length or style that you want! It can be anything you want it to be as long as it includes a femmeslash prompt you were inspired by from here- this means it can be a set of drabbles, an EP, a short video, icons, can be only minor femmeslash- so long as you're girlslashing we're happy people!
• unlike the creations you will be submitting for your official assignment, you may post your gifts at your own journal (or here, we're not picky!) Just make sure you link to it from here using a standard header (title, rating, pairing, summary, blah blah blah) and tell us who you made your gift for.
• You may post your gifts before the normal deadline. Your regular assignments will not be posted until the month of November, but if you get your gift done before then, feel free to post it here.
