Well, guys, we've reached the end of Season 5 with "Swan Song". As usual with season finales, there are 20 caps behind the cut, and we've also got some special categories again. I'm keeping it simple this time: Best Dean, Best Sam (yes, this includes Samifer), and Best Brothers (as before, it can be Sam/Dean, Sam/Adam, Dean/Adam, or Sam/Dean/Adam). Your limit is 5 icons this week, so be creative and have fun!
